By purchasing a membership or add-on, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Membership Subscriptions
The Armory offers recurring membership subscriptions that provide access to firearm training and range services only.
Available membership tiers may include (but are not limited to):
Basic Membership
Unlimited Membership
Operator Membership
Competitor Membership
Female Membership
Each membership tier includes specific benefits, access levels, discounts, and privileges, which are clearly displayed on the website before checkout.
3. Billing & Renewal
All memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout).
By subscribing, you agree that:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
The payment method on file will be charged for each renewal
Prices, billing frequency, and renewal terms are shown before purchase
No hidden fees are charged.
4. Subscription Add-Ons
Members may purchase optional add-ons to enhance their membership, including but not limited to:
Spouse Add-On
Adds a spouse to the membership
Grants access to the same range privileges, discounts, and booking priority as the primary member
Guest Access Add-On
Activates discounted guest pricing after included guest passes are used
Discounted rates may apply to weekday and weekend visits
Practice Lane Guest Add-On
Allows one additional guest to join the member in designated Competitor-Only or Operator-Only practice lanes
Guest participation is limited to designated hours and rules
USCCA Insurance Add-On
Optional self-defense liability coverage provided through USCCA
Billed monthly per person
Coverage details are provided before enrollment
Each add-on is billed as a recurring subscription unless otherwise stated.
5. Changes, Upgrades & Downgrades
Members may request:
Membership upgrades
Membership downgrades
Add-on additions or removals
Changes may take effect:
Immediately, or
At the start of the next billing cycle
Any pricing changes will be clearly disclosed before confirmation.
6. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by:
Logging into the member account dashboard, or
Contacting The Armory using the support information on the Contact page
Important Notes:
Cancellation stops future billing only
Membership access remains active until the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused time
7. Refund Policy (Subscription-Specific)
Subscription purchases are eligible for a 7-day refund window from the initial sign-up date
After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable
Refund eligibility is subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Access Rules & Restrictions
Membership benefits are non-transferable
Guest access and practice lane privileges are subject to posted rules and designated hours
Abuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or termination without refund
The Armory reserves the right to enforce safety and operational policies at all times.
9. Suspension or Termination
The Armory may suspend or terminate a subscription if:
Policies or safety rules are violated
Fraudulent activity is detected
Required payments fail repeatedly
In such cases, no refunds are issued.
10. Policy Updates
This Subscription Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the subscription constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
