Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview


This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for lane bookings, training sessions, and subscription services offered by The Armory.

By purchasing or booking services through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. 

2. Lane Bookings & Appointments


No-Show Policy

Lane bookings are reserved time slots and staffing is scheduled accordingly.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows

  • No refunds will be issued if you arrive more than 20 minutes after your scheduled booking start time

If you arrive late (within 20 minutes), remaining range time may be reduced and is not guaranteed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Lane bookings may be canceled or rescheduled before the scheduled start time, subject to availability

  • Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for refunds

Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be determined at the discretion of The Armory.

3. Training Courses


Refund eligibility for training courses will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • No refunds after training has started or been accessed

  • Missed classes or late arrivals do not qualify for refunds

Some courses may allow rescheduling, subject to instructor and availability constraints.

4. Subscription Refund Policy


7-Day Refund Window

Subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of initial sign-up, provided that:

  • The refund request is submitted within the 7-day window

  • Training or subscription content has not been substantially accessed

After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

5. Subscription Cancellation


Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by:

  • Logging into your account dashboard, or

  • Contacting us using the support information on our Contact page

Important Notes:

  • Cancellation stops future billing only

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period

  • Partial billing periods are not prorated

6. How to Request a Refund


Refund requests must be submitted by contacting us with:

  • Full name

  • Email used during purchase

  • Order or subscription details

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Payment Processing


All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

8. Changes to This Policy


The Armory reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
