Class Cost: $40

The Armory’s Utah Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP) class is designed to give you everything you need to confidently complete your permit application on your own, with clear instruction, proper documentation, and a solid understanding of Utah law.

In one focused four-hour classroom session, you’ll receive the required education and have your application properly signed off, allowing you to complete the remaining steps without confusion or guesswork.

• Instruction on safe loading and unloading procedures

• Guidance on selecting an appropriate firearm for personal defense

• Legal considerations for transporting firearms

• Overview of continued training opportunities at The Armory

One Class. Clear Direction. No Confusion.

During the class, our instructors walk you through the entire permit process and sign off on your required training documentation.

After class, you will:

• Complete fingerprinting at an approved fingerprinting location

• Submit your application directly to the State of Utah

Once submitted, your permit will be processed and mailed to you by the state.

Provisional Permits:

Utah offers a Provisional Concealed Carry Permit for individuals ages 18–20.

Eligible applicants may attend any of our Utah Concealed Weapons Permit classes to complete the required training and instructor sign-off.
