REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at info@armoryutah.com to receive an RMA and return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All suppressors are subject to all state and national laws including all NFA and BATF rules and regulations. All NFA items purchased are required to be transferred through a registered Federal Firearms License dealer who is a Class III Special Operational Taxpayer. The purchaser of these goods are responsible for all NFA tax stamps and dealer transfer fees that may apply. A copy of both the FFL and SOT of the transferring party will be required before reaching the checkout page on all orders containing NFA items. Non NFA restricted items including accessories and muzzle devices may be shipped to any residential or business address as long as they are legal in state in which they reside.
