  classroom session\, you’ll receive the required education and have your
  application properly signed off\, allowing you to complete the remaining

 ssion of real-world self-defense considerations • Instruction on safe lo
 ading and unloading procedures • Guidance on selecting an appropriate fi

 ss. Clear Direction. No Confusion. During the class\, our instructors walk
  you through the entire permit process and sign off on your required train
 ing documentation. After class\, you will: • Complete fingerprinting at 
 an approved fingerprinting location • Submit your application directly t
 o the State of Utah Once submitted\, your permit will be processed and mai
 led to you by the state. Provisional Permits Utah offers a Provisional Con
 cealed Carry Permit for individuals ages 18–20. Eligible applicants may 
 attend any of our Utah Concealed Weapons Permit classes to complete the re
 quired training and instructor sign-off. The Armory provides a professiona
